Bangers ‘n’ Cash!
Bronsens are hoping a spicy sausage will put some sizzle into two local charities.
Bronsens Chartered Accountants have teamed up with Bakers Butchers Limited to create the “Bronsens Burner“, being sold throughout the summer at their Witney shop.
The Mediterranean recipe remains a secret but includes chorizo and chilli and is guaranteed to make your mouth water.
“We chose this sausage to dispel the myth that accountants are boring, it’s top quality, tasteful and exciting – a bit like us really” said Mark Winks, Managing Partner at Bronsens.
Donald Baker added: “We are delighted with the Bronsens Burner and it’s certain to be a popular choice this summer – it really packs a punch!”.
Profits will be split between the Burford based charity Contented Dementia Trust and the Helen and Douglas House Hospice.
Contented Dementia Trust is an independent charitable organization with an innovative approach to the care of people with dementia. They provide support to people who have dementia, their family and their carers. They desperately need money to fund a part-time qualified nurse to help at their Centre in Burford.
